A non refundable deposit (1 night) is required at time of booking, the remaining balance is due upon arrival.
The accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition and we reserve the right to charge you if in our opinion the accommodation requires additional cleaning than would normally be expected.

Foglaláshoz vissza nem térítendő előleg megfizetése szükséges (egy éjszaka ára), a fennmaradó összeget érkezéskor kell kiegyenlíteni.
A szállás elhagyásakor elvárás, hogy azt rendezett, tiszta állapotban legyen. Amennyiben a úgy látjuk, hogy jelentős mértékű nagytakarításra van szükség az apartman rendbe tételéhez, fenntartjuk a jogot, hogy ennek költségét felszámítsuk.
A non refundable deposit of 20% of the total price is required at time of booking when booked more than 8 weeks from arrival date.
The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Payment of the balance should be made by bank transfer, cheque, credit/debit cards are accepted and incur a 2.75% surcharge, paypal is also accepted with a 3.5% surcharge. Failure to pay the outstanding balance amounts to cancellation and we are entitled to re-let your accommodation.
